Gifts you send will be packaged as given below:

Delivery by a Parcel Carrier

Items shipped by a carrier, will come packaged in a box. Your complimentary card message will be included
in a plastic sleeve affixed to the outside of the box:

1. The UPS shipping labels will have the following information.

2. The return address showing as the shipper.

3. The 1-800-212-2672 customer service phone number listed just below the return address.

4. The sender’s order number and our product code for the selected gift.

5. The UPS tracking number.

⇒ Items shipped by a Carrier such as UPS cannot be delivered to Funeral Homes, Hospitals, or Rural Routes.

⇒ Due to many schools’ security regulations, delivery to schools cannot be guaranteed.
